Refund policy

WWCo. watches purchased and shipped to customers are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, or special-ordered.

All claims, returns, movement replacement, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by your invoice, original watch box and warranty materials. Return shipping costs are not covered. 

Returning By Mail

In order to process a return, you must first obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization Form from our Customer Service Team by sending us an email (info@whitbywatchco.com). If the merchandise is acceptable for return in accordance with this policy, a Return Authorization Form will be emailed to you along with the shipping address for this return.

Please make returns within 14 days of delivery using the pre-paid return shipping label sent to you with your order. You must also include the Return Authorization Form in your package.

These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and WWC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

1. Package Your Merchandise
The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition. Enclose the merchandise and Return Authorization Form, appropriate sales invoice, original watch box, and original watch warranty.

2. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label
You MUST use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you along with the Return Authorization Form. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process. Do not spell out the full name of our company on the shipping details to reduce risk of stolen packages. WWCo. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

3. Processing Your Return/Exchange
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days.

 

Please note:  Merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For all presale reservation purchases made online at Whitby Watch Company (WWCo.), will provide a ‘no questions asked’ refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Cancellation of reservation purchases after 7 days and prior to shipping, will be subject to a $45 service charge (excluding Paybright and Affirm Payment Plans).

If our original shipping date changes for any reason, those who have purchased watches will be notified and provided with a 7-day window from notice to receive a ‘no questions asked’ refund. After 7 days and prior to shipping any cancellation will be subject to a $45 service charge (excluding Paybright and Affirm Payment Plans).
